Comment: Hi Azam. Great introductory video to partial views. I have a parial view that gets a list of products as ViewData and renders a DataList that displays those products. I use this on a page in my site, but I want to use it somewhere else, inside an RSS feed. I'm composing the RSS feed using XmlWriter in a CS file. For each new RSS entry, I want to pass a different set of products to the partial view and get back a string which is the HTML of the datalist for those products, and then use that string for the description of that particular RSS feed entry. The problem is that the method to take advantage of partial views is "RenderPartial" which does just that, immediate rendering. Do you know of a way I could render a partial into a string to use without immediate rendering into the response? I'm sure a solution for a problem like this might prove handy for many devs. Thank you!
